Gilberto Ramirez is all fired up, “I’m storming back into the ring, eyes on the prize to be the premiere Mexican cruiserweight champ. Since stepping up to this division, I’ve had Goulamirian in my crosshairs, and I’m itching to let my fists do the talking. Feeling right at home in this weight class, I’m on the hunt for that undisputed champion title. Hats off to DAZN, Golden Boy, the WBA, my crew, and my kin for the rally cry. Catch you all on the 30th!”

Golden Boy’s head honcho, Oscar De La Hoya, chimed in with his two cents, “No Mexican has ever clinched world champion titles in both the Super Middleweight and Cruiserweight divisions, but Ramirez is cut from a different cloth. I’m banking on him to snag the WBA belt on March 30. After pioneering as the first Mexican Super Middleweight champ, Ramirez is primed to replicate that feat in the cruiserweight waters. I’m putting my money on a knockout, and trust me, it’ll be one for the highlight reel.”

Adolfo Romero, the bigwig of venue bookings, “Stoked to have Golden Boy Boxing light up the YouTube Theater once more, cementing our spot as the go-to arena for top-shelf boxing right in the heart of Inglewood.

“I’m thrilled to step into the ring in the United States for the first time, and Los Angeles is the perfect stage,” shared Arsen Goulamirian. “Zurdo’s got his eyes on the prize, but he’s got to face a seasoned cruiserweight in me. I’ve been buzzing to fight on U.S. soil, and thanks to my coach, Abel Sanchez, that dream’s turning into reality.”
