OTX (Overtime Boxing) is kicking off the year with a bang at the OTE Arena this March 29th. It’s going to be a night packed with more punches than a pub brawl on a Saturday night.
Headlining the show, we’ve got Elijah Pierce squaring up against Arthur Villanueva from the sunny Philippines. Villanueva’s no stranger to the big stage, and with Pierce looking to add another win to his belt, this fight’s got more at stake than a round of drinks.
The co-main event is throwing Haven Brady into the mix against Waldemir Areizaga. Brady’s record is as spotless as a new pair of trainers, and he’s not looking to get them scuffed up now.
And for the first time, OTX is bringing the big boys to the stage with Dacarree Scott and Teddy Webster throwing down in what’s set to be a heavyweight clash that’ll have you spilling your crisps. Scott, the Atlanta native, is sure to have the home crowd roaring louder than a lion at feeding time.
Don’t forget about Oshae Jones, the Olympic medalist with fists faster than a hiccup, who’s stepping back into the OTX ring to face Sonya Dreiling. Last time Jones was in the ring, it was over quicker than a British summer.
Giovanni Marquez is also on the card, looking to keep his winning streak alive against Luis Jacobo Rodriguez. Marquez’s last fight ended quicker than it takes to make a cup of tea, and he’s aiming for a repeat performance.
And for a bit of the New York flair, Donte Layne is ready to rumble with DeShun Mitchell in a fight that promises to be as lively as a night out in the Big Apple.
Now, for the juicy bits – the ring’s a bit on the cosy side this time, 18×18, meaning there’s nowhere to hide.
