Two of boxing’s most electrifying superstars will be in the spotlight on Saturday, June 15 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Five-time world champion Gervonta Davis and undefeated two-time world champion David Benavídez will headline separate bouts at the historic venue, marking the 100th championship fight night in its illustrious history. The night will be streamed live on PBC Pay-Per-View via Prime Video.

Davis, an undefeated three-division champion, will defend his WBA Lightweight World Championship against unbeaten top contender Frank Martin. Meanwhile, Benavídez will debut in the 175-pound division against former light heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk, with the Interim WBC Light Heavyweight Title on the line. Fans will have the rare chance to witness these fan-favorites fight in make-or-break championship contests on the same night.

Tom Brown, President of TGB Promotions, said, “Saturday, June 15 will be a spectacular night of boxing with two true superstars of the sport combining forces to deliver can’t-miss action. Gervonta Davis has proven his star power again and again and will return to defend his world title against another tough challenge in the undefeated Frank Martin. David Benavídez established himself as a pound-for-pound force last year and will now seek out dominance in a new weight class against the powerful former champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk.”

Sampson Lewkowicz of Sampson Boxing added, “Oleksandr Gvozdyk is a very good fighter, but David Benavídez is forging a path to greatness. I commend David for not waiting for Canelo and for making this bold move to a new division. One way or another, David will continue growing his legacy as a true champion.”

Errol Spence Jr., Martin’s promoter, commented, “Saturday, June 15 is going to be like a movie. Frank Martin has put in a tremendous amount of work to get to this point, and now it’s time for him to reap the benefits. Gervonta Davis is a great champion, but on that night, he’ll be matched against a young, hungry, and explosive talent ready to shine on the biggest stage.”
