Cesar Mateo Tapia, the Aussie boxing marvel, has inked a lengthy contract with the Rose brothers and No Limit Boxing.

Since diving into the pro scene at 18, Tapia’s been throwing punches mostly under international banners, standing out as a crowd-pleaser and a hot commodity in the Aussie boxing scene.

This lad Tapia, having thrown hands under foreign banners since he was a fresh 18, is now the talk of the town back home. Known for putting on a good scrap, he’s the Aussie brawler everyone wants a piece of.

After a bit of time across the pond in the US, our mate from Narrabeen, Sydney, is gearing up for a grand homecoming in the next few months.

George Rose and his gang are champing at the bit to get Tapia back in the ring, eyeing an April date to send him back into the fray. At 25, Tapia’s set on making waves in the middleweight pool, stepping down from his super-middleweight antics.

In Tapia’s own words, “All good things come to those who park their arses and wait, right? Chuffed to bits to team up with No Limit Boxing and the Roses. With their know-how, the sky’s the limit. I reckon I’m the bee’s knees in Aussie boxing; just haven’t had the chance to strut my stuff on home turf, what with all the globetrotting for fights.

Life’s thrown me a few curveballs, in and out of the ring, but that’s what keeps me on my toes, pushing me to up my game every day. Boxing’s my life, and I can’t wait to show my fellow Aussies what they’ve been missing. Time to get this party started!”

George Rose, the big kahuna at No Limit Boxing, couldn’t be happier to have Tapia on board. “We’ve been fans of the lad for yonks, and it’s a real honour to take his career to the next level and chase down that world title for him.”

“People keep saying Tapia’s the best Aussie boxer you’ve never clapped eyes on. Well, we’re about to change all that. The bloke’s a powerhouse in the ring, and we can’t wait to showcase him on our top bills.”

“He’s already shown he’s got the chops at super-middleweight, so it’ll be a right treat to see him bring that thunder to the middleweight division, which, let’s be honest, is there for the taking.”

“He’s got that spark, that something special you only see in the real deal fighters. That’s why we’re dead certain it’s only a matter of time before he’s running the show in his division.”
