Carr’s buzzing, feeling blessed that the Wise Owl bigwigs, Habibi and sidekick Lamont Roseborough, spotted his sparkle among the rough. With 31 amateur bouts under his belt, he’s ready to soar from hidden gem to headline grabber.

Carr’s love affair with boxing kicked off at 16, sparked by a new gym in his hometown. What followed was a whirlwind amateur spree, bagging titles left and right – from the national Olympic Qualifier to being a four-time North Carolina champ, and even throwing punches at the 2023 Olympic Trials.
Nicknamed “2 Hard” and fighting fit at 168 pounds, Carr’s got his sights set on dominating the middleweight division soon.
But Carr’s more than just a pugilist; he’s juggling his boxing gloves with entrepreneurship, running a real estate hustle on the side.
