Following a stunning 12th round TKO against Demsey McKean at the O2 Arena in London, Hrgovic has positioned himself as the prime contender for the world title.
The Croatian boxing sensation, nicknamed “El Animal”, remains unbeaten at 16-0. His recent win over McKean proved not just his boxing skill but also his KO power. In the final round, a decisive right hook sealed the deal, prompting the referee to end the bout at just over a minute.
Commenting on his win, Hrgovic pointed out, “While McKean held his own and made the fight look tough, I had control. The fight could have been cleaner had the referee penalized him for holding.
