Over the weekend, Split-T Management’s fighters made significant progress, clinching crucial wins in both Atlanta and Glendale, Arizona.

In Atlanta’s action-packed bouts:

  • Tyler Howard showcased his power in the first round, flooring Solomon with a staggering left hook. This became the turning point of the fight. Crosville, Tennessee’s Howard, weighing in at 160 lbs, marked his victory with scores of 78-75 on two cards and a 76-76 draw on the third. His record now stands at an impressive 19-1. Solomon, hailing from Long Beach, CA, and weighing 160 1/4 lbs, now holds a 12-2 record.
  • David Navarro emerged victorious in a six-round unanimous decision, outclassing D’Angelo Fuentes in their featherweight duel. With scores of 60-54 from two judges and a closer 58-56 from the third, Navarro, a 127 lbs fighter from Los Angeles, enhanced his record to 6-1. Fuentes, weighing 126.6 lbs from Coconut Creek, FL, now stands at 8-2.
  • Giovanni Marquez delivered a stellar performance, stopping Nicky Vitone in the second round of their six-round junior welterweight bout. Marquez’s quick reflexes and nimble footwork allowed him to land a swift combination in the first round, ending with a pinpoint left hook that sent Vitone crashing. The second round saw Marquez unleash a lethal right and an uppercut, which ultimately led the referee to intervene just 59 seconds into the round.
