Ahead of his WBO Mini Flyweight World Championship defense, Puerto Rico’s Oscar Collazo (7-0, 5 KOs) conducted a press conference. Collazo is set to face off against Garen Diagan (10-3, 5 KOs) from General Santos City, Philippines, on Saturday, August 26. The event, presented by Golden Boy Fight Night on DAZN in partnership with Miguel Cotto Promotions, will be hosted at the Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan. The DAZN broadcast is set to begin at 8:00 p.m. ET/ 5:00 p.m. PT.

The press conference also unveiled the stacked undercard. In the co-main event, a classic Puerto Rico vs. Mexico showdown will unfold as NABF super flyweight champion Juan Carlos “El Indio” Camacho Jr. (15-1, 7KOs) goes against Guadalajara, Mexico’s Jorge Orozco (17-3-2, 11 KOs) in a 10-round bout at 115 pounds.

Former WBO 108-pound world champion Angel “Tito” Acosta will compete in a 10-round bout for the vacant WBO International Flyweight Championship against an opponent to be announced soon. Top Dominican Republic prospect Yan Carlos “Dangerous” Santana (8-0, 8 KOs) will face off against hard-hitting Puerto Rican Jostin Ortíz (4-0, 3 KOs) of Vega Alta in a six-round featherweight division duel.

Further, Yair “Manotas” Gallardo (4-0, 4 KOs) from Chihuahua, Mexico, currently training out of Guayanilla, Puerto Rico, will square off against Wichita, Kansas’ Kevin Johnson (3-1, 1 KO) in a six-round cruiserweight division bout. Yariel Santiago (7-0, 2 KOs) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, will meet José Del Valle (5-11-3,1 KO) in a six-round fight at 135 pounds, aiming to prove himself as Puerto Rico’s most significant lightweight.

Jean Pagán, the son of veteran Olympic coach Luis ‘Jim’ Pagán, is set to make his professional debut in San Juan. José Díaz, cousin of renowned fighter ‘Pitufo’ Díaz, will also debut in a four-round fight at 130 pounds.

He’s set to defend his title against Filipino boxer Garen ‘Hellboy’ Diagan (10-3, 5 KOs) at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
