This Saturday at Coliseito Pedrín Zorrilla, San Juan, gears up for a thrilling night with “UP Boxing Series: Night of Champions.” Universal Promotions is rolling out a lineup filled with the cream of the crop in boxing, showcasing the talents of Juan Zayas and Néstor Bravo among others.
Juan Zayas, Puerto Rico’s bright boxing prospect, is up against Carlos Mujica. Zayas, undefeated with an 8-0-1 record, aims to keep his winning streak alive in the bantamweight division. On the other side, Mujica, with an 8-4 record, is prepped and primed in Las Vegas, ready to deliver an unforgettable fight.
Néstor Bravo, holding the WBA Continental Americas title with a 22-0 record, faces Carlos Portillo in the super lightweight division. Bravo’s sights are set on victory, eyeing a future shot at the world title.
Also on the card, John Bauza returns to Puerto Rico after eight years to square off with Willmank Canónico.
