Originally, the bout between Huni (7-0, 4 KOs) and Tabiti (20-1, 16 KOs) was scheduled for June in New Orleans. However, a twist of fate in the form of an ankle injury during a training session meant the Aussie had to bow out temporarily.
The 24-year-old Huni has already earned his stripes, clinching the Australian title in his very first fight. Now, he’s aiming to ascend the rankings by vying for the vacant WBA International title.
