The Casino Miami Jai Alai is set to light up on Saturday, Nov. 4, thanks to promoter Don King, who’s rolling out four title fights for the “Only in America 92 Celebration”.

To commemorate his recent 92nd birthday, King has organized five championship fights. Leading the Nov. 4 card is the showdown for the WBC Cruiserweight vacant title between Mikaelian, Miami’s pride via Armenia, and Makabu, Johannesburg’s gem via the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The stakes? Makabu aims to reclaim the title he lost to Badou Jack.

King remarked, “Our fighters will stand out as world champions during these five title fights. They’ll become the people’s champions, endearing themselves to boxing fans everywhere.”

Also drawing attention is the bout between heavyweight champions: Jonathan Guidry and Jesus Escalera. Guidry will defend his NABA Gold Heavyweight title, while Escalera, with an impeccable record, will risk his FECARBOX Heavyweight title.

The WBA Continental North America Heavyweight Championship will see former champion Trevor Bryan square off against Cassius Chaney. Additionally, the WBC Youth Super Lightweight championship will feature Ft. Lauderdale’s DeVon William against Versailles’ Marik Black.

To jazz things up, O’Jays founder and lead vocalist, Edward Willis Levert, a close pal of King’s, will grace the Nov. 4 event with his rendition of the national anthem, along with classic hits like “Give the People What They Want”, “Backstabbers”, and “Money Money Money”.

King expressed his gratitude to the Casino Miami Jai Alai team, stating, “The Only in America 92 Celebration will be a boxing spectacle spread over two thrilling nights.”

King’s second boxing event, replete with title fights, will be on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the same venue. The evening will showcase Adrien “The Problem” Broner, a four-time World Champion, facing Howard, another talent from Cincinnati, OH. After a hiatus, Broner returned triumphant in June and is eyeing the 140-pound world title.

Honoring his late trainer Mike Stafford, Broner’s fight will be preceded by a 10-bell salute. Moreover, the WBA Continental America’s middleweight champion, Ian Green, is slated to defend his title. Not to be left behind, Tre’Sean Wiggins and Antonio Williams will also defend their NABA Welterweight and Fecarbox Lightweight titles respectively.

For those eager to witness this grandeur, tickets are available online at www.playcasinomiami.com. For folks who can’t make it to the venue, the action will be streamed live on DonKing.com, FITE.TV, and ITUBE247.com. Grab your tickets and get ready for two nights filled with thrilling boxing action!
