Originally scheduled to fight Fradimil Macayo on July 12th, Foster’s initial bout was scrapped when Macayo pulled out a day before the event. This 10-round fight will now serve as a special attraction for the WBA Fedecentro Super Featherweight Title.
With a record of 15-0, including nine KOs, Foster has built a reputation as a boxer to watch. Ranked 15th by the WBA, the 29-year-old Foster boasts wins against formidable opponents like Sulaiman Segawa, Angel Suarez, Jahmal Dyer, and Donald Smith. His most recent bout on July 23, 2022, saw him secure a dominant win over veteran Avery Sparrow.
His opponent, 27-year-old Misael Lopez from Denver, Colorado, brings a 14-3 record to the ring. Despite two recent losses against top contenders Edward Vazquez and Sulaiman Segawa, Lopez has garnered significant attention with wins over names like James Wilkins and Orlando Gonzalez.
