A clash between WBC, WBA, and IBF Welterweight World Champion Errol “The Truth” Spence Jr. and WBO Welterweight World Champion Terence “Bud” Crawford, a contest to determine the first undisputed welterweight champion of the four-belt era.

The undefeated Nelson (18-0, 15 KOs), a native of Omaha, Nebraska, and long-time training partner of Terence Crawford, is gearing up to maintain his spotless professional record on July 29. Nelson, 35, went pro in 2016 after a successful amateur stint. His last bout, in December 2022, saw him shake off nearly two years of inactivity to knock out James Ballard in the first round. His challenger, the Victorville, California-native Montgomery (10-4-1, 7 KOs), rides into this showdown on a three-win streak. Montgomery’s last setback was a decision defeat to rising middleweight star Elijah Garcia in May 2022.

Reyes (12-0, 9 KOs), a 21-year-old who made his professional debut in November 2020, has already carried an eight-fight knockout streak into his U.S. debut this April. The Tijuana, Mexico-native clinched a comprehensive 10-round unanimous decision victory over the previously undefeated Prince Dzanie. He now faces Alicte (28-5-1, 23 KOs), a native of Bago City, Philippines. Alicte has twice contended for the super flyweight world championship, including a split-draw for the vacant belt against Donnie Nietes in 2018. After losing a title fight against Kazuto Ioka in 2019 and a recent defeat to current bantamweight world champion Jason Moloney in June 2022, Alicte is eager to bounce back.
