Signing with him is a promising step toward my aspirations. I’m focusing on world titles across the 130, 135, and 140 lbs divisions.”
27-year-old Shamara, hailing from Allentown, PA, stepped into the world of boxing at 14. Her illustrious amateur journey spanned 37 battles, during which she clinched the WBA International Amateur Title and three prestigious Undisputed Promotions Titles.
Famously known as ‘Pure Perfection’, Shamara’s versatility is evident, with a foundation in Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
In addition to her boxing achievements, Shamara is a devoted mother to a seven-year-old son. She made her professional debut on April 1st, emerging victorious against Sarah Click in Orlando. She continued her winning streak, defeating former title contender Samone Da Silva on May 12th, also in Orlando.
Her lineage boasts of boxing, as her father was an amateur pugilist.
Guiding her through her journey are her trainers, Fernando Arroyo and Rashad Mays.
Fans can catch Shamara in the ring against the experienced Rocio De Leon Query in the Dominican Republic this Saturday. She’ll then be making a swift return, set to showcase her skills on Probox TV, come September 20th in Plant City, Florida.
