The fight will be broadcast live from Wollongong Entertainment Centre on Foxtel’s Main Event and Kayo Sports in Australia tomorrow night.
The Goodman versus Schleib saga is cranking up the heat, and apparently, we now need a security detail. Because, you know, throwing a few jabs outside the ring is totally the same as risking a public safety crisis.
Schleibs decided to spice things up by taking a swing at Wollongong and its local legends, because why not stir the pot a bit more? The guy’s now got bodyguards in Wollongong, as if he’s suddenly the president.
And then there’s Goodman, calling Schleibs a second-rate Anthony Mundine wannabe. Because, sure, personal attacks are totally what professional sports are all about, right?
The tension’s so thick you could cut it with a knife, prompting No Limit Boxing’s big boss, George Rose, to roll out the red carpet of security guards for Schleibs. Because nothing says ‘just a regular super-bantamweight fight’ like a personal security detail.
