Pittsburgh’s Matt Conway was on track to fight Bellport’s crowd-pleaser, ALEX “EL TORO” VARGAS (13-0 5KO’s). However, a training injury led Conway to step back. Rising to the occasion now is the Orlando-based Puerto Rican boxer, JULIO “EL PANTERA” ROSA.
