ProBox TV is returning with its mid-week live stream, Wednesday Night Fights, right from the heart of Kissimmee, Florida on July 26th.
In what promises to be a pulse-pounding evening, the main event spotlights a fiery 10-round super featherweight duel between Puerto Rico’s Orlando Gonzalez (20-2, 12 KOs), and Mexico’s Ramiro Cesena (16-1-1, 13 KOs). Gonzalez, fresh from a convincing points victory over Rodrigo Guerrero and a jaw-dropping first-round knockout of William Gonzalez, is all set to keep his momentum going. Cesena, is burning for redemption after a controversial 10th round TKO loss to Thomas Mattice, his first professional defeat.
The co-main event of the evening is an intriguing 10-round super lightweight scrap between France’s seasoned warrior Mohamed Mimoune (22-5, 3 KOs) and New York’s rising star Steven Galeano (12-0, 9 KOs). Mimoune, despite a recent defeat to Cesar Francis, boasts a tough-as-nails attitude and an impressive 5th round KO over the then-undefeated Darren Surtees. Galeano, with his undefeated record, will certainly not make it easy for the Frenchman.
Kicking off the televised part of the card, we’ve got a cracking 6-round super middleweight showdown featuring ProBox TV’s very own Darrelle Valsaint (8-0, 6 KOs) and Ghana’s rugged Daniel Aduku (15-3-1, 11 KOs). Valsaint, coming off a second-round knockout victory, will be keen to keep his win-streak alive, while Aduku is looking to reset his trajectory after a tough 4th round KO loss to Chordale Booker.
